At Moxi Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused sports equipment and apparel in its original packaging. If your purchase doesn't help you perform at your peak, we are here to make the exchange or refund process seamless.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
